The City of Portland along with some utility sponsors are piloting a unique program, Clean Energy Works Portland. It involves selecting 500 homeowners who would like to see their home receive an energy efficiency overhaul...new windows, furnace, insulation, appliances, etc. What makes this program unique is all the costs are financed through the homeowners utility bill. This eliminates one of the biggest obstacles, money up front, that prevents homeowners from taking action. We created this direct mail piece to be sent out to potential
candidates and begin the selection process.
